I am so excited to present Sweet Paper Travellers, a tour to the UK for paper crafters.
Whilst it’s been quiet here on the blog, I’ve been beavering away in the background, planning this tour.
YOU are invited to join this fully escorted group, being inspired by art, craft and history in the UK.
The tour will commence in Edinburgh, meander through the picturesque Lakes District, and finish in London at the biggest paper craft show in the UK – Crafting at Ally Pally – formerly known as the Big Stamp and Scrapbooking Show. Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?
Numbers are strictly limited! Don’t miss out!
Register your interest at firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 9500 9895
I hope you can join me!

Combining two of my interests – the Royals and cardmaking – I was delighted to receive special mail from Buckingham Palace last week, in response to this card, sent for the 70th Wedding Anniversary of HM The Queen and HRH Prince Philip.
Sooo exciting! 👑💍🎨
Good morning! These are the final cards in my Aussie Christmas card series. I have really appreciated your interest and comments 💜 I hope you can check back later in the week when I share some very special mail! 😉
Kaleidacolor inkpad Autumn Leaves + Stamp-It Blackboy Christmas stamp and sentiment + fine detail black/white embossing powder.
The sentiment has been inked up with the same inkpad. The secret to getting this to stamp clearly is just a light spritz before stamping.

Hello! The starting point for this card was the Australia shape, an ancient stencil/mask I’ve had since my childhood! After colouring the cotton blend paper with Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves, I put the mask down and dabbed dry Cowabunga Copper (Magicals – see below) all around it.

Hello! The starting point for this card was the alcohol ink background. I imagined it as an outback scene with the greens and browns of the bush. It just happened that the clouds have a silver lining!
